Current projects
Since its foundation in 1950, JFD has been, and continues to be, involved in a wide range of high quality projects in the residential, commercial, industrial and healthcare sectors. The company has built up an exciting portfolio of businesses and development opportunities.

Commercial
Block 3 and Block 5 in the Central Business Park have full planning permission and we can provide any type of office facility that an occupier may require. The park has top quality infrastructure throughout including the latest telecoms connections and extensive landscaping and parking.

Industrial
Axis Business Park hosts a range of light industrial, warehouse and trade operations and we are offering a number of high profile sites for sale with various design and build options as well as a number of cluster units for sale or to let. In addition, planning permission has been received for a Motor Showroom at the entrance of the park and outline planning permission has been granted for a Filling Station with convenience retailing on a pivotal site in the park.

Healthcare
This is the Wellwood Healthcare Park development which is located on a 22 acre site in the centre of Tullamore Town, adjacent to the Midland Regional Hospital. The first phase is the Wellwood Private Hospital and Consultant Suites. We are currently concentrating on securing an Operator for the hospital and there is also strong interest in Phase II and Phase III.
